End User License Agreement
Please read the following agreement before accessing your workspace.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Brad Anderson/MyKit.info ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Tactical Gear Inventory Management System (the "App").
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal or internal business purposes on devices owned or controlled by you.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or to store data that violates third-party rights.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided to you "as is" and "as available" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Company provides no warranty that the App will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with any other software, or operate without interruption or error.
4. Limitation of Liability (Data Loss)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of Data: You acknowledge that the App relies on third-party managed services (including Supabase and PostgreSQL). While Company employs industry-standard security and backup protocols, you are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any data entered into the App.
- System Failure: Company is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software bugs, service provider outages, or unauthorized access (hacking).
- Inventory Accuracy: Company is not liable for any real-world loss, theft, or damage to physical gear resulting from inaccuracies or omissions in the App's inventory records.
In no event shall the total liability of the Company under this Agreement exceed the amount actually paid by you for the App during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
5. User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to document the gear stored within the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Supabase Auth credentials.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
